Community Leadership & Organizational Development

The WVU Extension Service participates as one of 10 members of Community Collaborative, Inc. This non-profit organization provides training, technical assistance and coaching on leadership and organizational development to groups focused on building stronger communities. The members of this public/private partnership offer assistance in visioning, goal setting, action planning, asset mapping, team and coalition building, conflict resolution, power analysis and other skills for community capacity building.
